Our 7-day fit promise
If a Well Played Key West digital system materially differs from its description or you cannot access it, request help within seven days through the in-product support form. We will restore access, correct the material issue, or refund the digital product.
What is not covered
Changed travel plans, a provider’s price or availability, or dissatisfaction with a third-party booking do not establish that the digital product was misdescribed. Provider purchases follow the provider’s refund rules.
How requests are handled
Include the purchase email, product name, and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the financial institution controls when the credit appears.
